NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION
Wisconsin Statute s. 10.01(2)(a). Section 120.06(6)(b)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the qualified electors of the Twin Lakes #4 School District,
Village of Twin Lakes, and Kenosha County, that a school district election will be held on April 7, 2026 to fill the following positions: Mr. Steven Turner, three-year term, to expire in April, 2029, and Mr. Rhett Suhre, three-year term, to expire in April, 2029. If a primary election is needed, the spring primary will be held on February 17, 2026. Twin Lakes #4 School District boundary information can be found via the Kenosha County Government Office.
An elector desiring to be a candidate for this position on the school board must file a “Sworn
Declaration of Candidacy” and a campaign registration statement at the school office between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on Monday through Friday, beginning December 1, 2025, mailed to the address noted, or filed personally with the school district clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Appropriate forms can be obtained from the websites of the Wisconsin Elections Commission and the Wisconsin Ethics Commission, or from the school district’s main administrative office.
