What is Learning By Design?
The Twin Lakes #4 School District opened the Learning By Design Academy in the 2023-2024 school year. The Learning By Design Academy is a free, public charter school that offers virtual learning options for students who are residents or who open-enroll into the district. This program offers flexibility and personalization for learners and their families. Students and their families are able to choose from the following educational options: Fully virtual, book-based, blended, and flex days.
